Johnson Expertise Service and Support

Johnson Expertise Service and Support ("JESS") has been developed to assist:

  • Expertise end-users that are not currently working with a Great Plains Expertise Partner.

and 

  • Resellers with servicing their Expertise clients until such point when those clients can be transitioned to another product 

Consider the following:

  • We have experience working with the Expertise product since the days of its legacy product, IntelliSoft Accounting Vision 32, both as an end-user and as training consultants.

  • We currently have clients in several states and are able to service them remotely in most cases, with very favorable results.

  • We provide telephone and e-mail support, customized report work and on-site services, including troubleshooting, training, etc.

  • Our services have been utilized by Great Plains Consulting Services to provide customized report solutions with very favorable results.

 

And, if you are a reseller with Expertise clients, also note the following:

  • Our desire is for you to retain your clients, not for us to take them from you. As such, we are willing to sign an applicable no-compete agreement to assure that this issue is clear.


  • We can be a valuable resource to assist you with the migration of your clients from Expertise to another product.


  • We  are willing to bill for those services through you, in an effort to make this a win-win situation for both of us.


  • Why not consider outsourcing the maintenance of your Expertise clients to JESS, allowing you to focus further on products that are not being phased out?
